The galette can be stored at room temperature for a day. Put leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge. The galette can also be kept in the freezer for longer shelf life.

· We need two (2) days lead time to prepare the baked goods.
· Delivery time of orders is between 1pm and 5pm.
· You can choose your order date, a week in advance at the most.
· We deliver only in Metro Manila and nearby municipalities.
